Awesome Cream Cheese Spread

Directions: blend together 1/2 jar Mean Dawg’s Mustard, 1/2 jar apple jelly and 1/2 jar pineapple preserves.  Heat through in the microwave or on the stove until it starts to thicken.  Serve warm or cold over a brick of cream cheese with crackers.  It can be an appetizer or even dessert!

Directions: make the sauce for the awesome cream cheese spread.  Omit the cream cheese and crackers.  Use as a glaze for ham or pork.  I like to put a roast of pork in the crock pot and put the glaze on the meat when I start the crock pot.  The gravy is Yummy!!!!!  Works great with pork tenderloin also.
